Accessibility Statement

Quemadozone is committed to ensuring that our studio's digital presence is inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical or cognitive abilities. We believe that information about our recording services should be available to all musicians and creators without barriers.

At a Glance:
  • Aiming for full compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.
  • Full keyboard navigation support across all pages.
  • Semantic markup compatible with screen readers and assistive tools.
  • Active feedback loop for accessibility improvements.

1. Standards and Goals

This website is designed following the spirit of the European Accessibility Act and the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. In accordance with Japanese digital standards and the principles of JIS X 8341-3:2016, we strive to provide an equitable user experience for all visitors to our Nagoya studio.

2. Implemented Measures

To optimize the user experience, we have integrated the following technical solutions:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements, including links, buttons, and form fields, are fully operable via the Tab key. A skip-link is provided at the top of each page to allow users to bypass navigation and jump directly to the main content.
  • Contrast Ratios: We maintain a high contrast ratio between text and background elements, meeting or exceeding WCAG AA requirements to ensure readability for users with visual impairments.
  • Semantic HTML: We use a strict heading hierarchy (H1-H6), explicit labels for all form inputs, and ARIA landmarks (main, nav, footer) to facilitate efficient navigation for screen reader users.
  • Visual Aids: All images are provided with descriptive alternative text (alt attributes) to convey the meaning and context of the visual content.
  • Motion Control: We respect system-level preferences via the prefers-reduced-motion media query, disabling non-essential animations for users who find them distracting or disorienting.

3. Known Limitations

While we strive for total accessibility, some limitations may exist in specific areas:

  • Certain complex pricing tables may require horizontal scrolling on small mobile devices, though we use role="region" to assist assistive technologies.
  • The final confirmation screen after submitting a request via FormSubmit is governed by external service specifications and may have limited custom control.

If you encounter any barriers that prevent you from using our site, please notify us via our contact page.

4. Feedback and Contact

If you discover an accessibility issue or require information in an alternative format, please contact our management team:

We aim to respond to all accessibility inquiries within 24 hours (business days). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC) of Japan at 3-3-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0013.

5. Compliance Review

This policy is managed by Quemadozone 合同会社 (Director: Nana Yamazaki). Our content is reviewed periodically to ensure it evolves alongside the latest accessibility standards. Please note that photos used on the site are illustrative examples and may differ from the actual studio layout.
