All listed prices include the Japanese consumption tax of 10%. To confirm a session, a deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required. The remaining balance must be settled upon completion of the session or prior to final file delivery.

For B2B clients, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Detailed rates are available on the Services page.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date are free of charge. For cancellations made within less than 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. In cases of force majeure, the Studio will negotiate a replacement date with the client.

5. Revisions and Delivery

For mixing and mastering services, the Studio provides up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Further revisions or significant structural changes to the project will incur extra fees. Final deliverables are provided in WAV and MP3 formats.

6. Ownership and Rights

Copyright and master rights to the recordings and produced materials are transferred to the client only upon 100% payment of all applicable fees. The client warrants that they hold all necessary rights (lyrics, composition, etc.) or have obtained the required permissions for the works being recorded. The client assumes all liability for any third-party rights infringements.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

While the Studio maintains equipment to professional standards, liability for data loss due to technical failure or force majeure is limited to the total amount paid for the specific session. The Studio is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the premises.
